Fatherhood in Austin: Programs and Communities Supporting Dads

At Recess, we believe parenting is a team sport and every dad deserves a solid support crew. From diaper changes and school drop-offs to tough talks and late-night snack runs, fatherhood comes with its own unique challenges and celebrations.
Whether you’re navigating those early newborn days, balancing co-parenting responsibilities, or just looking for ways to show up more meaningfully for your kids, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Austin is home to an incredible network of programs, resources, and dad-centered communities built to support, empower, and connect fathers at every stage of the journey.
